Alpine Mountaineering & Climbing in France & Switzerland

Chamonix. If you're interested in Alpine mountaineering, you'll have heard of it. It is a mecca for climbers and skiers who come from all over the world to experience the variety and quality of rock climbing and mountaineering on offer. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc, at 4807m the highest mountain in Western Europe. The ascent of Mont Blanc is one of the most popular guided routes in the Alps, but the Chamonix valley offers many other amazing challenges too. We also work in the Parc des Ecrins and in various parts of Switzerland.

We design each course programme individually, but we give example itineraries to inspire you. We often have to adjust an itinerary because of weather, snow conditions, fitness, lack of acclimatisation, etc. If none of our programmes are exactly what you are looking for, then bespoke guiding is for you - we design a programme to suit your aspirations, your group size, and the time you have available. You can mix and match from the course programmes, for example we can design a longer itinerary for you that includes Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn, or you can chose to do something completely different, such as the Mittelegi Ridge on the Eiger.
